Welcome to the Lac du Salagou Nautical Base, located at the magnificent Baie des Vailhés, one of the most enchanting coves of the lake.
Our site, bordered by calm waters, offers much more than just a beach.
Immerse yourself in a diversity of facilities including volleyball courts, pétanque areas, a friendly catering area,
and an adjoining campsite, offering total immersion in a preserved natural setting.
Explore our privileged location which serves as an ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking, allowing you to discover the varied charms of Lake Salagou.
When it comes to water activities, our base offers an extensive range including sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, wingfoiling, and many more.
Whether you like autonomy or prefer to be guided, our nautical base offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of the preserved nature of Lake Salagou!

Having been in the nautical industry for almost 14 years, Romain has traveled around the world and along the coasts of France to finally drop off his luggage in the region.
Thibault DETRY
Director / Manager of the Nautical Base
BPJEPS Sailing and Captain Yatch Master
Thibault tried out at the Nautical Base at the age of 16.
He left to become director of the Tabarly Base in Sète as head of the Habitable Sailing School. Then he became responsible for the best Sailing Club in Midi-Pyrénées
in Thoux St Cricq, then returning to Lodève to manage as director,
the Nautical Base where he started.

Arriving at the start of 2021, Tom will now accompany you during the various sailing courses, always with a smile and good humor.
Every year, you will also find the rest of the team,
made up of civic services, trainees and seasonal workers,
